Rtn. Ashok Kumar Kedia was born in a small village AKALTARA having population less than 10,000 in the state of Madhya Pradesh in 1955. In 1997, he started his own firm in the name and style of Ashok Kedia & Company. He has a flourishing practice in the field of audit, taxation and company law.

He joined Rotary in the year 1996 and has served the club in the capacity of Vice Present, Secretary, Tresurer and Director. He is MPHF. He is executive member of "Company and Direct Tax Affairs Committee" of "Bharat Chamber of Commerce." He is executive member of Shree Kedia Sabha". He is also associated as member and auditors of many institutions and charitable organizations. His wife Manju is homemaker. He is blessed with two sons. His elder son Amit has completed his management course from IIM, Indore are placed with J.P.Morgan and chase in Mumbai. His younger son Akhil has completed his C.A. course and placed with KPMG, Bangalore.
