• Recognizing members with exemplary attendance records. Encouraging members to make up meetings.
• Coordinating with Chairman in charge of Club Programs to ensure that weekly meetings add value to members so that they look forward to attending the meetings. Have Specialist speakers on various subjects at all RWM's
• Prior information on forthcoming programs and speakers to members.
• Follow up Absentee members and send club bulletins to them.
• Increase member participation in RWMs viz Introduction of Guest speaker, welcoming guests, Vote of thanks etc. and also at club functions and activities. Meetings shall be made more interactive and suggestions shall be invited for projects and services to be undertaken.
• Every committee chairman will be required to present his committee report in rotation at the RWM.
• To ensure increase in membership by at least 10% of present membership strength and make efforts for 100% retention of members.
• To follow the selection procedure prescribed by Rotary International and follow the induction procedure for new members and organize new members' orientation programs.
• To encourage members to "BRING A FRIEND" in a designated RWM with an idea to invite him / her to become a member and recognize members who bring in new members
• To encourage diversity of membership and promote a balanced membership. Induct new members from demographic groups not currently represented in the club.
• Every member will take charge for organizing one RWM in a year in co ordination with president and secretary. The concerned member will be expected to involve his/her family member in organizing that RWM.

• To keep members informed about District & Club events.
• To organize Rotary Quiz at RWM's and different activities of the Club

• To regularly publish information about Rotary in club bulletins.
• To timely publish our weekly bulletin "FRIENDSHIP" and special issues of the same on special occasions.
• To make the bulletin useful and interesting for Rotarians and Informative about Rotary.
• To publish articles on Self improvement on a regular basis, so as to make club bulletin a sought after one.
• To send our bulletins to all members by e-mail.

• To organize and / or participate in exhibitions and fairs in the city to promote Rotary activities.
• To develop one project on Rotary's Public Image

• To help Inner wheel club in their activities and to develop joint project with Inner wheel club.
