FELLOWSHIP, SPORTS, PICNIC, OTHER CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS :
- To supervise/organize food and beverages at Family Get Together and other fellowship/picnic programs of the club.
- To Organize Goodwill visits to other clubs to foster fellowship.
- To invite Specialist speakers on diverse subjects in every RWM.
- To hold a minimum of 4 club assemblies.
- To hold 6 family get togethers during the year with cultural performances by members, their family members and friends.
- To sponsor and organize District Events.
DISTRICT DRAMA, INTER CLUB RELATIONS AND INTER CITY MEETS :
Co ord: PP Nirmal Saha/ PP Shashi Seth
- To organize goodwill visits to different clubs and ensure high participation of members at intercity meets.
- To create awareness and inform about Rotary Programs and activities carried out at the international, national, District and club levels to members .
- To hold at least 6 joint meetings with different clubs .
- To invite members from different clubs as speakers to gain new ideas and experiences.
Ladies in Rotary, Family of Rotary, Family Participation and Spouse Coordination

- To increase the participation of lady members and spouses of the members in the Club projects and activities.
- To encourage members for participation of their family members in the Club programs.
- To organize programs for participation by spouses and family members.
- To greet spouses of club members on their birthday
