PLANS & OBJECTIVES FOR THE YEAR
:
- Minimum 10% growth in membership100% retention of members
- An average attendance of 60% in club meetings
- To hold a minimum of 6 family get together and fellowship programs
- To follow the selection procedure prescribed by Rotary International so as to invite only qualified Rotaries to join Rotary World.
- To ensure at least 60% members attend the District ConferenceTo follow the induction procedure for new members.
- Hold COTS and minimum of 4 club assemblies.
- Organize 2 workshops on 4 way Test and Lead the Way involving family and friends.Improve our regular Club Bulletin and make it more informative and interesting. Also invite articles from members.
- To maintain timings of attendance at all meetings & functions.To timely publish our weekly bulletin "FRIENDSHIP" and special issues of the same on special occasions.
- To publish articles on Self development on a regular basis, so as to make club bulletin a sought after one.
- To Keep updated the Club Website and interact with other clubs to keep them informed about Belur Projects.
- To make the Web site more useful to its viewers.To make the web site more informative and interesting.
- Recognizing members with exemplary attendance records.Encouraging members to make up meetings.
- To encourage members to "BRING A FRIEND" in a designated RWM with an idea to invite him to become a member.
- To develop a certificate, or other form of recognition, to recognize individuals who bring in new members.
- To encourage diversity of membership and promote a balanced membership.
- Induct new members from demographic groups not currently represented in the club.
- Co-ordinating with Chairman in charge of Club Programs to ensure that weekly meetings add value to members so that they look forward to attending the meetings.
- Have Specialist speakers on various subjects at all Regular weekly meetings (RWM's)Sufficient Prior information on forthcoming programs and speakers to members.
- Encourage and monitor attendance on regular basis.Follow up Absentee members; send club bulletins to them via e-mail.
- Determine the reason for non- attendance at regular meetings and work out ways in co-ordination with club leader to improve meeting agenda and other club activities to foster increased attendance.
- Increase member participation in Regular weekly meetings. viz Introduction of Guest speaker, welcoming guests,
- Vote of thanks etc. and also at club functions and activities.
- Meetings should be more interactive and suggestions should be invited for projects and services to be undertaken.
- To organize Rotary Quiz at RWM's and different activities of the Club.
- To involve the Inner wheel club members in the Club activities. To help Inner wheel club in their activities. To develop joint project with Inner wheel club.
