Polio
Plus - Objectives
- To coordinate
closely with district Polio Plus committee, Task
force, Government, Municipal Corporation and others
for successful implementation of the program.
- To create
awareness and educate the community on eradication
of polio.
- To ensure
and encourage participation of all members in
NID.
- To attend
all Dist programs and publish all Polio Plus activity
in club bulletin.
Health Concerns
& Care - Objectives
- To organize
blood donations camps in our RCC.
- To create
awareness about preventing thalassemia.
- To educate
people for safer sex and use of contraceptives
to control population and protection and prevention
of AIDS.
- To organize
mass awareness drive to fight Cancer, AIDS,
Avoidable Blindness and proper family health
care in the community.
- To organize
Mother & Child care camps at our RCCs.
- To set
up Highway Trauma Care Mobile Unit and / or
Mobile Medical Care Unit.
- To organize
Hepatitis- B Vaccinations at RCC and other areas.
Health
Check-up Camps -
Objectives
- To organize
a dental check-up camp and to educate the
people about dental care.
- MCH to
be conducted and make the mothers aware about
cleanliness, health of mother as well as the
child contraceptives and usage etc.
- General
health check-up.
- Health
check-up camps to be organized in RCCs in
tie-up with Rabindra Nath Tagore Heart Institute.
Club Clinic -
Objectives
- To support
the running of clinic as in past years.
- To expand the
services of the clinic.
- To provide
medicines and other assistance to patients for remedy
of disease.
Eye Care -
Objectives
- To organize eye check-up camps
in RCC and schools.
- To create awareness on eye care.
- To distribute spectacles to the
needy.
- To organize IOL for the screened
patients.
